Starting in 2003, the Eliant team co-authored a series of three special issues of Big Builder Magazine devoted entirely to customer satisfaction for home builders. In 2004, Eliant actively began to assist builders with prioritization and systematization related to builder better practices, Touch Points and Expectations Management.  This program has evolved into Eliant’s Excellerate! suite of training, the FOCUS Internal Assessment, and consultative programs that help builders to achieve better-than-ever customer satisfaction and operational results.

Eliant was founded in 1984 by CEO, Bob Mirman, a clinically-trained psychologist who was the first to develop a series of surveys designed to identify Priority Insights into the entire new home buying experience, from the Purchase Experience through Home Ownership during the first year and beyond. Builders use Eliant's near real-time information to monitor, reward, and modify practices that directly impact the new home customer experience.
