Since 1984,
Eliant has been surveying new home buyers and home owners on behalf of
many of
the nation's most innovative and customer-focused builders.
Eliant's home buyer survey program has been labeled as the "platinum standard"
for measuring the customer experience in the new home industry.
Results are based on home owners' ratings of Eliant's 'Move-In Survey', 'Mid-Year Survey', and 'Year-End Survey' submitted between January 1, 2009-December 31, 2009, regardless of the close of escrow date.
Each of the qualifying builders will be judged in one of three categories based on number of homes closed in 2009:
High Volume Builders or Divisions (>250 closings in 2009)
Large Builders or Divisions (100-249 closings in 2009)
Medium Builders or Divisions (<100 closings in 2009)
