Eliant and Big Builder Magazine collaborated on three special issues devoted to Customer Satisfaction in the new home industry. For many builders, the content of these issues have served to guide and inspire customer experience initiatives.  The mid-October 2004 issue is the only issue of Big Builder Magazine ever to go into reprints.  40,000 additional copies were printed and have been sold or distributed.  Some builders have even made the content of these special issues “required reading” for their team members.
