Essentials! Train the Trainer (T3)

 

Designed to embed customer experience experts within your organization 

This program will be delivered by builder reps to other builder personnel. Through our Train-The-Trainer (T3) approach, these individuals will be coached to deliver the training through an intensive, small-group, 2.5-day session. They will, in turn, deliver training to division personnel over an 8-hour period that can be segmented into smaller sections, if desired. 

At the end of the T3 sessions, your Customer Experience Champion (CEC) or facilitator, will have a full-color binder containing all the scripting, slide deck, participant materials, classroom materials and instructions needed to conduct training within your builder organization. Also included will be exclusive Eliant tools that can be put to work outside the classroom, to assist your builder teams in developing the best possible customer experience.

Your CEC or trainer will become a Certified Eliant Essentials! Facilitator after delivering his/her first training session to your organization. This enables your representative to refresh training at any time and deliver training to new hires on a periodic basis, just by ordering participant kits from Eliant.
