Prioritization and Action Planning

Action Plans are created specifically for each builder organization and are based on a combination of data gathered through Eliant’s FOCUS Organizational Assessment or team member interviews, and analysis of customer satisfaction data.  Once delivered, the Eliant team remains engaged with the builder to provide support and insights on implementation and accountabilities.

Eliant also can assist builders with creating Rewards and Recognition programs that are most likely to motivate and inspire team members to quickly embrace the Action Plan.
