Eliant's FOCUS Internal Assesment

This unique tool is designed to help managers understand employee perceptions of the builder’s commitment to customer loyalty initiatives, and where they feel they need additional support. The assessment can also highlight key gaps in alignment on crucial handoffs between departments.

Your employees provide feedback that allows you to assess customer experience opportunities in the organization as a whole, and within specific departments. When combined with your customer satisfaction feedback, the complete picture you need to create the best action plans emerges.

Employees are invited to take the FOCUS Assessment on-line, or Eliant can provide a hard-copy version for those builder roles that may have limited access to the Internet. After a two-week window to complete the assessment, Eliant compiles the data and delivers an in-person breakdown of the findings that highlight strengths and opportunities, as well as some recommended action items based on builder and organizational better practices.
