Eliant's Survey
System
Eliant's Core Survey
System enables builders to measure customer satisfaction at
three critical stages of the new home experience.
Depending on product type and customer experience requirements,
clients may elect to add surveys to the program.
|

|
The
Move-In Survey is the first in the survey series. It is
sent to each new home buyer between 15
and 30 days after home occupancy. This Survey ascertains the home buyer’s satisfaction with
the purchase experience, including construction, design services, financial services,
product quality and initial perceptions of customer
service. Representative names are provided on
reporting to support critical coaching and team
development activities. |
|

|
The
Mid-Year Survey is the second of the series. It
is to each home
buyer five months after the home occupancy date.
This brief survey asks home buyers to evaluate the
competency, reliability, and speed of the service
provided after move-in. This enables the builder to
determine the extent to which it is sustaining its
relationship with the home owner, a measure proven
critical to driving home owner referrals |
|

|
The
Year-End Survey is the third of the series. It
is sent to each home
buyer between 10 and 14 months after the home occupancy date,
depending on the builder's needs. Questions
relate to the
quality of product and materials inside and outside
the home and post-move-in customer service.
Questions also focus on the Client’s representatives
who have serviced the home buyer after move-in. |
