Bob
Mirman - CEO
As Founder and CEO,
Robert Mirman directs the development and administration of
consumer research for home builders across the nation.
Originally trained as
a clinical psychologist, Bob spent eight very chilly years in
Minneapolis with General Mills, responsible for the development
of systems used to evaluate and influence consumer preferences.
Bob is now recognized as one of the building industry’s top
authorities on consumer-driven residential design and general
consumer preference and behavior, and is often referred to as
the “Dean of Homebuyer Research.”
Bob has published
numerous textbook chapters on the subject of performance
improvement in sales organizations and has served on the Board
of Editors of the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management.
In additional to his column, “From the Buyer’s Perspective”,
which appeared regularly in Builder Digest, he has published
over 75 articles pertaining to the management of consumer
behavior.
Bob is an active
member of the Building Industry Association and the Southern
California Sales and Marketing Council, and is a sought after
and frequent speaker at IBS, WBS/PCBC, Big Builder and other
builder conferences.
The consumer data
developed by Eliant is often used as a resource by BUILDER and
Big Builder magazines, the Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles
Times and other key publications. As well, Mr. Mirman and the
Eliant team co-authored a series of three annual Big Builder
issues pertaining to buyer experience management, with
record-breaking reprint requests. |
